We really loved our family time at the hotel. The spacious two-bedroom suite felt like home with its own washer and dryer, allowing us to enjoy our stay without worrying about laundry. Plus, the easy access to the beach was a big hit for all of us, especially the kids who loved playing in the sand.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities around the pool area.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like fast wi-fi, a relaxing jacuzzi, and helpful 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost wallet on my first visit. I highly recommend the massage services! I’m coming back for Christmas.

The location was a great advantage, almost right on the
beach. The suite was spacious and perfect for our family, but we had some issues with housekeeping missing a few items. Overall, the service was very friendly and accommodating during our stay.

We loved our two-bedroom suite with a hot tub, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. The beach access and jacuzzi made our stay even better! The prices for freshly caught fish were a bit steep, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 😊

pleasant stay with excellent service
The spacious two-bedroom suite provided a comfortable space for our family, equipped with modern amenities. The staff, especially Pedro and Eduardo, were incredibly helpful in arranging our activities , which made our trip more enjoyable.
While the overall experience was positive, the beach access is not as convenient as some might expect.

Family with children great for relaxation
Had an amazing time with my family at this place. The staff went above and beyond, like when Jorge helped us with a rental car hiccup and made sure we felt right at home.
Yeah, it was a bit pricey for what we expected, but overall it was fine.

Perfect beach getaway!
We just came back from a week-long trip, and it was amazing! The beach is right outside your door. All the shops and restaurants are just a stroll away. The staff was super friendly, but we had a rough time with a sketchy excursion we booked outside. Dining at the outdoor area was nice though!

can't wait to go back
The staff was super kind and helpful. Our two-bedroom premium partial sea view was spacious with a balcony and had a kitchen fully stocked for meal prep. The gym was awesome with free classes nearby. The beach area was nice for swimming, although we did face some seaweed issues. Loved the cliffside vibes!

We stayed for 12 nights in a two-bedroom premium partial sea view apartment and loved the spacious, clean rooms. The kitchen made meal prep easy, and having drinking water available was a huge plus. The beach restaurant had excellent food and a friendly staff willing to accommodate our kids' allergies. The location is perfect with just a short walk to 5th Avenue. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained. However, the beach situation was disappointing. it’s heavily seaweedy and not cleaned until the fifth day of our stay. This made it tough for us to enjoy the beach right away since we had to find other spots to swim. Once cleaned, it was much better, but daily maintenance would have made a big difference. Parking was available, and we appreciated that. Overall, a great stay with room for improvement in beach upkeep.

The tacos were off the charts, and I highly recommend trying the local blends at nearby Porfirio's! Plus, the breakfast at the condo was chef's kiss! It's a perfect spot for breakfast on the patio with views to die for!
The beach was a letdown, very seaweedy, and the pool area could use a makeover. Our first condo didn’t cut it, but once we switched, the vibes were effortlessly chill.

missingWrote a review on 24 Janspacious livingwell-stocked kitchensharp wristband
The two-bedroom suite offers a spacious living area with a fully stocked kitchen, including a dishwasher and coffee machine. High-quality amenities like multiple TVs, daily housekeeping, and a water cooler add to the comfort of your stay.
The initial apartment felt dusky due to excessive greenery outside, affecting the overall ambience. Appliance issues added a level of frustration, particularly with the non-functioning stove, no hot water, and a dirty dishwasher. The necessity of a wristband, with its sharp edges, made showering somewhat uncomfortable. Additionally, the lack of elevators isn't ideal for those with mobility concerns, and we faced unexpected relocation fees that felt inconsiderate.
